Where did the time go?? Missouri REALTORS® Elections are coming up next week!

Hi Missouri REALTORS®!

I can't believe where the time has gone. One minute its the middle of August and I have all these great plans for my campaign. Then as it does in real estate, you put on in the world you are going on vacation or need to focus time on something important that you have clients coming out of the woodwork. Well that's what happened.

I have been struggling to find quality homes in my client's price ranges that we could write sensible offers on.

• Buyers #1 only on and off for 6 months

• Buyer #2 for nearly 9 months - we wrote about 7 contracts over that time

• Buyer #3 was actually pretty quick - only 4 weeks

• Buyer #4 since November 2025 - she had a very narrow desired area and we were the back up contract 2 different times.

In a week's time frame they are all closing. Who was their REALTOR® who wrote them so close together? :)

So if you see me coming in hot for the conference, you'll know I am running a marathon to get there. I am asking for your Vote for Missouri REALTORS® 2028 TREASURER on Thursday September 24 at the Board of Directors meeting. I am ready to serve my fellow Missouri REALTORS®.

Anyway what I am trying to say is the election is next week!!! I am starting to freak out that I haven't been able to reach out to everyone. Please know I would love to personally talk to everyone before the elections and answer any questions that you might have.
