Missouri REALTORS® is pleased to offer the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation within Missouri. The Missouri GRI program is approved by NAR and serves as a valuable resource for our members to attract and expand their business. The GRI courses will enhance your expertise and knowledge across various aspects of real estate, providing comprehensive training in legal and regulatory matters, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
About the GRI Program
The GRI program encompasses 16 in-person courses. These courses are structured into 5 GRI Modules and a final Capstone course, amounting to a total of 66 hours of education. The GRI Modules and their respective courses do not need to be taken in sequential order. However, completion of the other 15 courses is required prior to enrolling in the Capstone course. All 66 hours of education necessary for the GRI designation must be completed within a 3-year period from the date you completed your first GRI course.
How to Earn Your GRI
Step 1: Complete the five GRI Modules within a three-year period.
Step 2: Successfully complete the Capstone.
Step 3: Submit the one-time $40 GRI Designation Application Fee.
Upon completion, you will receive your GRI Designation Certificate, GRI Lapel Pin, and the privilege to advertise your status as a GRI Designee.

GRI 402 - 3 Elective Missouri CE Hours
GRI 403 - No CE
All paid registration fees are final. Refunds will not be issued for these classes.
