That's a wrap on Missouri REALTORS® WBC 2026!

I have to say I am tired but also energized by the Winter Business Conference. First thank you to everyone who gave me a minute of their time and the encouraging words. I wish I could have talked with every person at the conference but that's never possible. This is an Association of members and all voices have a place. There are plenty of times I walk into a meeting with some thoughts on a topic. Then when there are discussions and different points of view on a topic, it can really add knowledge you didn't have or allow you to see it from a different lens. That's the power of our diversity within our membership.

Just a couple of stories:

• I was at the YPN Vision and Vibration event and a newer REALTOR® shared how hard it was for her to step out of her comfort level and share her personal thoughts in the group session. There was so much encouragement in the room and by the end of the night she stood up with the microphone and shared some more of her Vision. It was so cool to see her shine.

• The weather wasn't a helper for this conference. We definitely missed a lot of people who were not able to make it in person. The staff scrambled to get so me more of the meetings online. This just reminds me of how lucky we are that we have the committed and fast thinking Association Staff!

• Fun Fact: that band at the Installation was awesome! I didn't get to mingle much when they were playing my favorites from the 80s and 90s as I just had to dance. :)
