Tina Siebert brings exactly that kind of steady, informed leadership to her candidacy for Treasurer-Elect.

Tina’s financial experience spans multiple REALTOR® organizations, roles, and perspectives, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both strategic planning and day-to-day fiscal responsibility.

From 2022 through 2025, Tina served on the Finance Committee at St. Louis REALTORS®, where she was directly involved in reviewing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and helping guide responsible financial decisions. In 2022, her peers elected her Treasurer of St. Louis REALTORS®, a role that required transparency, accountability, and careful stewardship of member resources. That trust reflects not only her financial competence, but also her reputation for integrity and sound judgment.

Beyond the local association, Tina has consistently contributed to organizations with different missions and financial structures. As a Board Member of the REALTOR® Housing Assistance Fund from 2020–2021 and again from 2023–2025, she participated in critical budgetary discussions focused on sustainability, impact, and long-term planning—ensuring funds were used wisely to support housing-related initiatives.

In 2024, Tina served as a Director of the St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division, where she was involved in financial planning and discussions unique to a specialized division. This experience added another layer to her financial perspective, balancing member services with responsible budgeting in a niche segment of the association.

For six consecutive years serving St. Louis REALTORS®, Tina approached every decision with budgets and finances top of mind. Whether evaluating programs, approving initiatives, or planning for the future, she consistently asked the right questions: Is this sustainable? Does it serve members? Are we being responsible stewards of our resources? How does our decisions stand in support our Strategic Plan?

At the state level, Tina’s financial leadership continued as a Trustee of the Missouri REALTORS® Educational Foundation from 2020 to 2024. In this role, she was actively involved in strategic planning and financial decision-making, helping guide investments in education while maintaining fiscal responsibility and long-term stability.
